Finally knowing what
to do when it happens.

Six modules. A workbook you'll actually use. Video lessons from Sarah. Real strategies for neurodivergent families — at your own pace, in your own time.

01

Understanding Your Child's Nervous System

Everything else in this toolkit rests on this. You'll learn why your child's behavior makes sense when you understand their nervous system — and map what you already know about your child's patterns, triggers, and regulation tools.

03

Language That Lands

What you say matters. How you say it matters more. You'll build a personalized language toolkit — specific phrases for specific moments — and practice the tone and pacing that actually works for your child.

05

Navigating Challenging Moments

Hard moments are going to happen. The goal isn't to eliminate them — it's to feel prepared when they do. You'll build a personalized "When this → Try this" guide and learn when to step in vs. step back.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Every module includes a video lesson and a practical workbook section — fill-in frameworks, checklists, and tools you personalize for your child. No lengthy journaling. No overwhelming theory. Just what works.

02

Building Routines That Actually Stick

Predictability is one of the most powerful tools you have. You'll build a morning routine, a bedtime routine, and a transition support plan — all designed around your actual household, not a textbook ideal.

04

Setting Up Your Environment

Your home environment does work before you say a single word. You'll audit your space and identify the two or three changes that will make the biggest difference for your child and your daily flow.

06

Carrying It Forward

Strategies only work if they're used consistently — and consistency is hard when you're exhausted. This module gives you a personal action plan and a framework for adjusting when things shift, because they always do.

Everything you might be wondering

How long do I have access to the materials?

Once you purchase the Confident Caregiver Toolkit, you have lifetime access. You can revisit the video lessons and download new copies of the workbook markers as your family grows and your needs change over time.

Is this a replacement for behavioral therapy or clinical support?

Absolutely not. We consider ourselves the 'gap fillers.' While clinicians focus on the sessions, we focus on what happens at your kitchen table at 5 PM on a Tuesday. Our work is neurodivergence-affirming and relational, designed to complement any existing support you have in place.

My child has both ADHD and sensory differences. Is this right for us?

Yes. Carrying over strategies works best when we look at the whole child. The toolkit is built on understanding nervous system regulation, which is fundamental for ADHD, autism spectrum, and sensory processing differences alike.

What exactly is included in the $65 price?

You'll receive our comprehensive workbook PDF, a series of focused video modules led by Sarah, quick-reference strategy cards for your phone or fridge, and lifetime access to future updates to our core strategies.
